Dave brings more than 20 years of construction experience from New Zealand, England and France. He remains hands-on across pricing, estimating, scopes, planning, client communication, site management, trade coordination, technical decisions, business systems and quality control.
He has a practical interest in building systems, project organisation and improving how construction work is planned and delivered.

Mark brings more than 30 years of construction experience, with a strong background in construction planning, project management and quality control across renovations, reclads, high-end residential work and complex construction.
His practical focus is on buildability, looking ahead and coordinating the work so project delivery runs as smoothly as possible.

As Licensed Building Practitioners, Dave and Mark bring practical responsibility to planning and site decisions. Diverse is also a Registered Master Builders member. These professional standards support an approach centred on compliance, accountability and quality control throughout the build.
